How To Lose Weight

There have been so many diets out there that have come and gone.  But what ones are best?  Here I will give you some keys to this.

You ALWAYS need to eat healthy

Drink about 2 litres of water a day

20-30min of exercise

Lean muscle burns energy

Don’t be concerned so much with FAT FREE

You always need to eat a good variety of fresh foods.  This will help your body process the nutrients efficiently and encourage muscle growth and energy burning.

Our bodies are about 60% water depending on hydration.  We need to keep up a consistant intake of fresh water to help replenish and nourish our systems.  It helps to cleanse and flush our systems of toxins.  Everything works better with the proper amount of water.  Not enough and things start dying,  too much and things start drowning.

If you are to lose fat you need to burn all the energy that you eat, as well as create more muscle for your body to burn more calories.  Exercise will also strengthen your heart, immune system, and all round body.

Muscles, even in a resting state, burn energy.  This is why body builders eat heaps, and very often.  They need to keep the intake of energy up to keep muscle mass.  If you don’t have enough energy intake, your muscles will start to burn fat while you rest (as long as you have fat to burn).  It is a bit of a process for your muscles to burn fat as it needs to be converted into energy and this process needs plenty of fluids ie: water.

And remember in all this, some fats are essential for you system to function correctly.  Places to get these fats are fish and nuts.  Also, don’t be sucked into the fat free idea because if it were true that eating low fat and fat free foods would help you to lose weight, then there would be much less fat people in the world.  So may diets have revolved around fat free and almost all products come with a low fat or fat free version.

Again, most of this is my opinion and observation, not scientific fact.
